Drivers 4 Hope is a nonprofit organization dedicated to giving kids a life-changing experience by putting them in real race cars and introducing them to the world of motorsports in a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment. Through hands-on experiences at tracks and events, we use racing as a tool to build confidence, discipline, and hope—especially for kids who have faced hardships.

We are looking for passionate volunteers who love cars, care about kids, and want to be part of something bigger.

What Volunteer Opportunities Look Like

As a Drivers 4 Hope volunteer, you may:

• Assist at race events and track days

• Help with event setup, breakdown, and logistics

• Mentor and encourage kids both on and off the track

• Support drivers as they learn about racing, safety, and teamwork

• Travel to different tracks and events as needed

Volunteers are essential to creating a safe, fun, and empowering experience for every child we serve.

Who We’re Looking For

• Individuals passionate about cars, racing, and helping kids

• People who enjoy working in hands-on, fast-paced environments

• Those willing to travel to tracks and events when needed

• Prior race car experience or experience working with tracks is preferred but not required

• A positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to mentor and inspire
